At HGFC we are committed to providing high-quality live coral and ensuring customer satisfaction. We understand that shipping live coral is not without fault, and we have established this Dead on Arrival (DOA) policy to address such instances effectively.

Our DOA policy ensures that you receive healthy and vibrant coral. If, upon opening your shipment, you find any coral that is dead on arrival, we will issue a credit to your account under specific conditions outlined below.

To initiate a DOA claim, please follow these steps:

   a. Notification: You must contact us via email at [holygrailfishandcorals@gmail.com] within 2 hours of stamped delivery time of your shipment. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be considered.

   b. Photographic Evidence: You are required to send clear photographic evidence of the dead coral. Please include images of the coral, the packaging, and any visible damage. These photos must be sent 

Credit Issuance

Upon successful verification of your DOA claim, we will issue a credit to your account. The credit will be for coral purchase only and excludes the additional price of shipping. The credit can be used toward a future purchase. 

4. Exclusions

We reserve the right to deny claims under the following circumstances:

   a. Claims not reported within the specified 2-hour time frame.

  

   b. Damage caused by improper handling or care after receipt.

  

   c. Environmental conditions beyond our control, such as extreme weather during transit.
